By adopting a global cartography the exhibition aims to encircle the role of Tromsø of the future. From the viewpoint of the Norwegian Government the spotlight has recently been directed at the Barents Region 2020. The future city of Tromsø can only be traced and discovered within perspectives larger than the city itself.
